Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, Velvet Braid ships only within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery is 4–8 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after your order has been shipped, depending on the shipping carrier.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • High shipping volumes
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Velvet Braid is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.
